For advertising services, the client’s advertising budget is separate from DigitalCascade’s service or management fee unless specifically stated otherwise.

5. Advertising Services

For Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising services, DigitalCascade may assist with campaign strategy, setup, targeting, creative planning, optimization, monitoring, and reporting.

Advertising platforms may also reject, restrict, suspend, or modify campaigns according to their own policies.

6. SEO Services

SEO is a long-term marketing process and results may vary depending on competition, industry, website condition, search engine algorithms, content quality, technical factors, and other external conditions.

DigitalCascade will make reasonable efforts to improve website visibility and search performance but does not guarantee:

  • A specific Google ranking
  • First-page placement
  • A specific number of visitors
  • A specific number of leads or sales
  • A particular timeline for achieving results

Search engine algorithms and ranking factors may change without notice.

7. Social Media Management

When DigitalCascade manages a client’s social media account, the client is responsible for providing accurate business information, required access, images, videos, brand assets, product information, and other materials needed to perform the services.

DigitalCascade is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late approvals
  • Missing information
  • Lack of account access
  • Incorrect information supplied by the client
  • Platform outages
  • Account restrictions or suspensions
  • Changes to social media platform policies

Clients remain responsible for the ownership and legality of the products, services, claims, and information promoted through their social media accounts.

8. Content and Creative Services

DigitalCascade may create social media posts, captions, graphics, videos, advertisements, marketing copy, and other creative materials as part of the agreed service.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication when an approval process is included.

The client must ensure that all information supplied to DigitalCascade is accurate and legally permitted to be used.

DigitalCascade may rely on information, images, logos, videos, trademarks, product details, and other materials provided by the client.

9. Revisions and Approvals

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed package or service.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be charged separately.

Clients are expected to provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe. Delayed feedback or approvals may affect the project timeline.

Once content or creative work has been approved by the client, further changes may be treated as additional work.

10. Client Responsibilities

To provide services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Provide required account access where applicable
  • Provide necessary brand assets and materials
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals
  • Review important information before publication
  • Make payments on time
  • Inform DigitalCascade of any changes that may affect the project
  • Ensure that their products, services, claims, and business practices comply with applicable laws

DigitalCascade is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information supplied by the client.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DigitalCascade retains ownership of its original strategies, templates, systems, processes, concepts, and internal marketing materials.

Upon full payment, the client may receive rights to use the final deliverables created specifically for the client, subject to the terms of the agreed service.

DigitalCascade may use completed work for its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Third-party materials, fonts, stock images, software, music, platform assets, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

12. Client-Provided Materials

Clients must have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use any materials they provide to DigitalCascade.

This may include:

These platforms operate independently and may change their features, policies, algorithms, pricing, availability, or requirements at any time.

DigitalCascade is not responsible for losses or disruptions caused by changes, outages, restrictions, suspensions, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

14. Confidentiality

DigitalCascade respects the confidentiality of information shared by clients during the course of a project.

We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information and will not knowingly disclose it to unrelated third parties except where necessary to provide the agreed services, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights.

Clients are also expected to keep confidential any proprietary strategies, documents, pricing information, or materials provided by DigitalCascade that are not intended for public use.

15. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may request to end a service arrangement subject to the terms agreed upon for the specific project or package.

DigitalCascade may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are significantly overdue
  • The client repeatedly fails to provide required information or approvals
  • The client requests unlawful or harmful activities
  • The client behaves abusively or threatens staff
  • The client violates these Terms & Conditions
  • Continuing the project becomes impractical or creates significant risk

Any outstanding payment for work already completed or services already provided remains payable.

16. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and the specific agreement between DigitalCascade and the client.

Digital marketing services involve time, strategy, planning, creative work, account management, and other resources. Therefore, payments for services already performed or work already completed are generally non-refundable.

Any specific refund or cancellation terms agreed upon in writing will take precedence over this general policy.

17. No Guaranteed Results

DigitalCascade aims to provide high-quality, strategic, and results-oriented digital marketing services.

However, marketing results cannot always be guaranteed.

We do not guarantee specific:

  • Sales

Results depend on numerous factors, including market conditions, competition, customer behavior, pricing, business operations, website performance, advertising platforms, and the client’s products or services.

DigitalCascade will make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and responsibly.

However, DigitalCascade shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unexpected losses arising from the use of our services or website, including losses resulting from third-party platform changes, account restrictions, website downtime, advertising platform decisions, algorithm changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
